So I recently purchased the Anastasia Beverly Glow Kit in the Sun Dipped edition. I was really looking forward to this palette as the shades looked as though they were targeted to women with darker skin which I am all for.
I got the palette from UK based site Diva Approved London. The shades were gorgeous and so pigmented and honestly my camera really does not do it justice. The standout shade for me was Bronzed as the glow that it gave me was honestly heavenly. This palette is great for mixing shades and you can easily build up from a light glow to beaming like a lightbulb (i'm in favour of both btw) so I would say be sure to use a light hand. One thing I really noticed was how the shades really seem to come alive under flash with shades like Tourmaline (could some explain that name please?) and Moonstone having more of a pink hue to them. I've added some photos below showing the palette and swatches with and without flash. The really big selling point is that you can easily wear all shades on top of each other or two or one and it'll still look so pretty. Overall I am really pleased with this palette and can't wait to share a makeup look featuring it. I hope your all having a great week and I'll be back soon to share my June favourites.
